Class Five

Class 5 is taught by Mrs Drewery (Monday-Wednesday) and Mrs Campbell (Thursday -Friday).

During the year in Class 5, some of the exciting topics studied as part of the creative curriculum include; the study of Space, investigating lifecycles and learning about the Ancient Greeks and World War Two in History.

One of the most important and anticipated events in Class 5 is the annual residential visit, which this year will take place in the Summer in the Peak District.

In summary, Class 5 is about developing pupil confidence and independence.  It is about having fun but working hard.  We consider it a perfect preparatory year for the challenges and expectations of Year 6.
